Meet Brando Piggue
Bachelor of Business Administration

Brando Piggue graduated from American InterContinental University in Los Angeles and moved quickly into an entry-level position with NBC's Access Hollywood, where he hopes to someday live his dream of becoming a segment producer.

A resident of West L.A., Brando received a Bachelor of Business Administration from AIU, but throughout his business studies his passion was film. He worked at networking, perfecting his writing skills with original scripts and stories, and learning how to participate in group projects and coordinate team efforts.

He credits AIU with helping him find his career path. "I chose AIU because the class sizes were small and the school was hands on," said Brando. "The instructors had real world experience and were actually doing what they teach."

Brando also is part of a hip hop group called the "Zu Crew," which hosts fundraising events for various charities. Each year the group meets to discuss which charity could benefit from its efforts and then holds fun-filled family events to raise money for that organization.

"Networking at the University with many different students and backgrounds helped me learn how to be a team player," says Brando. "It's a skill that has helped me in many ways in the real world."
